Return Policy

MB Country Living will accept, for return or exchange items that are in good condition, unworn/ unaltered and free of damage by the customer when accompanied with the receipt and tags (if applicable) within 45 days of purchase. Defective products will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty beyond the 45 days of return. Returns must be processed with the same form of payment as used in the original sale. If you no longer have the card the transaction was processed under we will return the amount onto a gift card.

 

Horse and Dog Blankets and sheets must be returned clean and unused. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse or dog first before trying your new blanket to test for size in order to keep it clean.

 

Exclusions:

 

We cannot refund supplements/ wormers or any ingestible product (for safety reasons). We also cannot accept returns on helmets for safety reasons. All farm feed and poultry items such as waterers & feeders are final sale. If you have a feed quality issue please contact the store you bought from with the feed Lot# and they will help you out.
